Got a lot of questions and requests to make a budget diet and budget full day of eating video on my budget supplements video. People were asking me what I eat during an entire day so I thought I’d make a full day of eating video in Hindi for my Indian brothers out there! This is what a typical day looks like when I’m cutting or trying to lose weight. I’m a student just like most of you watching this video & everything I ate here is on a budget, easily affordable for any middle class family person! And most of the meals that I ate can easily be prepared at home or you can eat them in your college canteen (with the exception of a few things that you might have to buy like: a kitchen weighing scale which i’ve linked above, eggs, oats and whey protein)

Are Carbs bad for you? Should you eat rice at night? NO, carbs aren’t bad for you and when you eat what doesn’t matter too much. At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is your total calorie intake at the end of the day. Nothing is more important that food and nutrition when you’re trying to transform yourself. If you’re a slightly overweight person and if you have a slow metabolism, I feel you, it’s extremely difficult for such a person to lose fat & weight, but don’t let that discourage you! Put in the effort to eat food, prepare your meals if no one’s there to make food for you, sacrifice a bit of fun time, put in that extra effort! Food se zyaada important kuch nahi! Keep hustling brothers!
