From a very young age I struggled with my weight. I was always the overweight kid in school and it eventually got to the point where I had enough. I lost 100lbs+, it started off healthy but then I got addicted to watching the scale drop and it started to get out of hand…

I got introduced to the gym when I was 18 and started to try and build my body back up. I gained some muscle but also a lot of fat in the process. I went from fat to skinny and back up again. So I can relate to a lot of you in whatever situation you may be in!
