Wanna get big and strong, try this routine!
This is my last video showing the Layne Norton PHAT program I am currently using. I made some minor changes to the program to fit my style and body. You should do the same. The whole program is on my channel, which provide a video for every single workout day in the program. Try it and please comment below, if you have tried it and share your experience.
In order to get big and strong, while minimizing fat gains, try to create a calorie surplus of 300, get 7-9 hours of quality sleep everyday, and simply just enjoy the process. The results will follow 😉
