I hope this Lean Bulking Series can give some kind of an inspiration or at least some motivation to kill it in the gym or whatever sport you’re doing!
To get away from my usually training routine, I’ve decided to follow Layne Nortons PHAT program as my workout template. I have only made some minor changes to fit my body and goals, but I try to stick to the original as much as possible. Also while I am in Canada, the gym I train in, don’t have all the machines.
However, no matter what program you use, the key is consistency! This workout was the back and shoulders day. High volume, different angles, and pure bodybuilding style.
