Squat – 287.5kg/633lb
Bench – 162.5kg/358lb
Deadlift – 317.5kg/700lb
Total – 767.5kg/1692lb

The first meet was just an appetizer, THIS was the comeback meet. I had to cut a bit more weight than usual for this meet (about 6 lbs in 3 days) so I felt a bit off when squats started, but I finished strong and left at least 2.5kg on each lift and probably closer to 5kg. I won the 93kg class with a 484.6 Wilks. By Raw Nationals, I should be ready to smash PRs. It’s so great to be back on the platform after battling through injuries for the last 2 years. Thanks to everyone who supported me… and those who didn’t =).
