As a fitness coach, I’d say around 99% of people who reach out are looking to lose body fat. They want to get leaner, lose weight, feel a bit healthier, maybe improve their performance, all worthy goals to have. BUT one of the biggest problems I see is most people, especially women, aren’t ready or primed to start a fat loss phase. In today’s video, we’re going over my 5-item checklist to help you figure out whether or not you’re ready, body and mind, to go into a calorie deficit and start trying to lose body fat.
