WHATS GOOD YOUTUBE ?! It’s your boy Jon Mango, back with another fitness & nutrition informative video here. In this video, I’m covering an entire 1800 calorie meal plan for either fat loss or muscle gain (depending on your body and your goals).
Not only is this 1800 calories a day, but they are solid, good quality calories AND its setup in a way to make sure it’s extremely budget friendly! For under $7 a day you can have a high quality meal plan. Keep in mind, since we’re prioritizing good quality calories for a good price, taste is NOT a priority here, but of course its not completely disregarded either.
